On the occasion of the visit of Karl Kalina and Franz Dammaß from TU Dresden, we organized a Symposium for scientific exchange. The talks were aligned with the research topics of SOFTFRAC and DISCOVER ERC projects.
The event took place on Monday, January 19. The full program can be found in the attached flyer. On Tuesday, January 20, we scheduled small-group meetings with our guests.
Vibrant discussions on the topics of computational mechanics, data-driven approaches, and soft fracture mechanics took place during the event.
